National Purple Heart Hall of Honor Renovation and Expansion

Scope of work is as follows: . 1) Partial demolition of existing entrance hall gift shop and portion of existing roof and exterior walls. 2) Construction of an approximately 6,100 square foot addition to the existing Hall of Honor, 2,400 square foot Renovation and 1,700 square foot Outdoor Garden and Terrace: a) Structure: Steel frame structure on concrete slab on ground. b) Exterior Walls: Corten steel panels and aluminum curtain walls. c) Interior Spaces: Ground and polished concrete floors, painted gypsum board, and reclaimed wood board finishes. d) New interactive exhibits for Purple Heart Recipients stories. e) New required utilities. 3) Parking lot and entrance promenade. 4) Hardscape and landscape plant materials and site lighting.
