City Maintenance Boat Ramp Improvements - Phase III

Construct ten (10) canal maintenance access boat ramps at various locations throughout the City. The work sites are located within the City’s storm drainage canal system, adjacent to the following addresses: Site No. 1 2950 NW 105th Lane Site No. 2 2700 NW 94th Way Site No. 3 2700 NW 94th Way Site No. 4 3224 NW 84th Ave Site No. 5 3174 NW 84th Ave Site No. 6 2099 NW 74th Ave Site No. 7 1231 NW 60th Ave Site No. 8 1231 NW 60th Ave Site No. 9 2966 NW 109th Terr Site No. 10 2471 NW 72nd Ave The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, temporary utilities, transportation, superintendence, and all other services and facilities of every nature whatsoever necessary to modify, construct, complete, deliver and place in operation the subject Project in accordance with the Contract Documents. The work includes but is not limited to: installation of erosion and turbidity controls, demolition, dewatering as required, excavation and fill to achieve the required slope and grades, tree removal and replacement; installation of a submerged pre-cast concrete ramp with a cast-in-place concrete ramp above water; installation of sand-cement and rock rip-rap stabilization; installation of turf block swale aprons with concrete header curbs; removal of existing guardrail, installation of new guardrail and guardrail gate, bollards and chain, sidewalk, signage, irrigation repair, grading, sod, and site restoration, as specified in Bid Documents.
