| Description | **As of November 10, 2022, project was awarded to K & B Equipment LLC awarded amount is $144,130.65.. ** The work consists primarily of installing 686LF of 8" SDR 35 PVC pipe,182 LF of SDR 26 PVC pipe, four 4' diameter concrete manholes, a 95 LF steel pipe encased directional bore and other related appurtenances. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages, as found by the Department of Labour and Industrial Relations of Missouri, shall be paid to all workers performing work under this contract. No bid may be withdrawn with in a period of 30 days after the date fixed for opening. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to reject nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional bids. |
