| Description | It is the Owner's intention to select Design Consultants for the following: Division 1- Major, one new small high school, one renovation/addition existing high school, one renovation/replacement existing middle school, and one renovation/replacement existing elementary school, within the Wake County Public School System. Division 2- PRIMP (Partial Renovation Improvement Projects), two high school cafeteria and other area renovations and one elementary school ADA renovations, within the Wake County Public School System. Division 3- Feasibility Studies, one existing middle school and one administrative support area, within the Wake County Public School System. Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted before 5:00 PM, Wednesday, September 7, 2022 via email to Scott Lowder, slowder@wcpss.net . All questions will be answered and posted on our website by the end of the day Thursday, September 8, 2022. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. |
