Southeast 2nd Street Water and Sewer Improvements

The construction of the SE 2nd Street Water and Sewer Improvements. Location / Site Directions:SE 2nd Street between SE 12th Avenue and SE 9th Avenue. Completion date: 75 days from the date when the contract times commence to run. The Project contemplated consists of the extension of an 8-inch diameter gravity sewer pipe.The extension will add approximately 630 linear feet of new 8-inch diameter sewer main pipe and the construction of two new manholes. In addition, approximately 73 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sewer main stub, 44 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sewer service stub, and 48 linear feet of 4-inch diameter sewer service stub will be installed. Included in this Project will be the installation of approximately 65 linear feet of 8-inch diameter water and necessary valves. All disturbed surfaces, including asphalt patching of the roadway, will be returned to existing conditions. All existing utilities, including the sewer main, to remain operational during Work. The Project is located on S.E. 2nd Street between S.E. 12th Avenue and S.E. 9th Avenue.
