This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for three (3) years after the Effective Date. The provisions of this Agreement that are applicable to circumstances occurring after termination or expiration shall survive such termination or expiration. For purposes of this query we will consider only transformers which meet the requirements of the above referenced specification and are manufactured by the specified manufacturer or a proven equivalent. If you propose an equivalent manufacturer, provide descriptive literature which demonstrates that our requirements are met. Huntsville Utilities is the sole judge of equivalency. Transformer must be of domestic USA in origin. Advise of manufacturer and model quoted. Advise of any price break quantities. Huntsville Utilities reserves the right to reject any bid, in whole or in part.
