WBS Element: Various County: Avery, Caldwell, & Watauga Contract No.: MK00001 Description: Guardrail Installation and Repairs on Various Routes Upon Request for Federally Funded Projects There will be no pre-bid conference held for this project. The period covered by this contract will be from October 17, 2022 until October 16, 2023 with an option to extend for two additional one-year periods. Contractors must be pre-qualified with NCDOT as Bidder or PO Prime Contractor prior to bidding on this project.
