Description

This is a Design-Build project to demo, repair and restore interior and exterior elements damaged as a result of Hurricane Michael. Associated areas of repair are identified within this scope of work. The project is comprised of two (2) buildings on Tyndall AFB and the related disciplines of work as identified in Tasks 1 and 2. The Design-Build Team will consist of a Construction and design team Designer of Record (DOR) that shall perform the services herein and as described in this Statement of Work (SOW).
