Description

Planning, design and construction of a New Municipal Services Center (New MSC) together with a multi-level shared parking facility, a residential/retail development (New Apartments) and associated site improvements, (collectively, the “Project”). Provide professional architectural and engineering design services (A/E) including construction administration as identified in this Scope of Services. The Project site is an existing City-owned parking lot (approximately 300’ wide and 200’ deep), as described on Appendix D, St. Petersburg, Florida.
