Description

Plans call for the phased construction of a $125 million, 308-unit residential community: Phase 1 West consists of the construction of 36 single-family homes and 50 townhomes. Phase 2 West consists of the construction of 28 single-family homes and 39 townhomes. Phase 3 West consists of the construction of 30 townhomes. Phase 1 A & B East consists of the construction of 43 homes. Phase 2 East consists of the construction of 54 homes. Phase 3 East consists of the construction of 28 homes. As of March 2, 2023, Phase 3 East is under design and seeking city approvals. Subcontractor bidding are ongoing for select trades. Interested subcontractors should contact the design/builder to check on available bidding opportunities. Construction of Phase 2 East is anticipated to begin summer 2024.
