This Project Consists of Aggregate Base Course, Achm Surface Course, Cold Milling Asphalt Pavement, Maintenance of Traffic, Pavement Marking, and Misc. Items. Federal Aid Project: 9970SA4551 Routes: CR 24 Sections: 13 & 14 County: MARION Length: 1.18 mile in length. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Complete This Contract Within Twenty (20) Working Days. In Order to Have a Bid Considered, Contractors Must Furnish a Proposal Guaranty Consisting of Either a Bidder's Bond or a Certified or Cashier's Check in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount Bid. in Order for a Bond to Be Acceptable to the Department, the Company Issuing the Bond Must Be Named in the Department of Treasury Listing of Companies Holding Certificates of Authority as Acceptable Sureties on Federal Bonds and as Acceptable Reinsuring Companies. the Underwriting Limitation of the Bonding Company Shall Be Adhered to.
