Description

Extensive Controls and HVAC upgrades to Ewing High School, Fisher Middle School and Ryan Building. Scope includes but is not limited to: 1. Pre-demolition air balancing of AHUs 2. Replacement in kind and refurbishment of selected AHUs 3. Replacement of branch piping, valves and control dampers where indicated. 4. New destratification fans at specific areas. 5. Exhaust fan replacement at determined locations. 6. Replacement of Unit Ventilators and Fan Coil Units. 7. Installation of new Direct Digital Controls (DDC) 8. New electrical circuiting of new mechanical devices outlined in the documents. 9. Asbestos abatement limited to affected areas is to be considered.
