| Description | The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide on-call, as needed pumping, hauling and disposal of wastewater and solid waste (sludge) from chemical holding ponds located at multiple sites within the Hampton Roads District. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and supervision to pump, haul and dispose of chloride-contaminated water from holding ponds. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Marlene Carter at Marlene.Carter@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM on November 4, 2022.
