| Description | The Town of Prescott Valley, Arizona, is seeking bids for the "ANNUAL STREET AND PARK CONCRETE CONTRACT FY 22/23". The work includes constructing miscellaneous, small concrete projects for the Park and/or Street departments. Typical projects are repairing manhole collars, sidewalk repairs or installs, or similar type of work on an 'as needed' basis throughout the Fiscal Year 2022/2023. Bids will be evaluated and awarded based on the total base bid plus or minus any bid alternates, (if any), selected by the Town Council. The successful bidder will be selected by the Mayor and Council at the regularly scheduled Town Council meeting following the bid opening date The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to withhold the award for any reason it determines.The term of this contract is for Fiscal Year 22/23 (7/1/22 to 6/30/23). |
