| Description | The Informal Quoting process is used when the Town estimates the total bid amount not to exceed F.S. 287.017(2), as amended. Complete bid specifications are enclosed. Any questions pertaining to this specification should be addressed to procurement@davie-fl.gov by November 18th, 2022. The sign in sheet will be available up until the commencement of the pre-bid conference. Bidders are required to sign in PRIOR to the start of the conference. No one will be permitted to sign in after the meeting starts. Failure to do so will deem bidder absent to the pre-bid conference and ineligible to respond to this solicitation. Vendors may be required to initial on the sign in sheet at the beginning and the end of the site visits, to ensure that everyone is safe and accounted for. All bids should reference the bid name and number listed above must be submitted electronically The Town of Davie reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. |
