A. The work will done under one prime contract. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Select Sealant Replacement at various locations as indicated in drawings. 2. Tuckpointing at various locations as indicated in drawings. 3. Tile Mortar Repair in the floor of the quadriga, see drawings. 4. Repainting select doors and window sills 5. Concrete repairs 6. Cat-walk support posts penetrations are to be sealed at top of post. 7. Replace Heat Tape at Granite Gutters where indicated in drawings. 8. Skylight Mullion Covers are to be repositioned and secured as described. 9. Windows in the lantern area are to be replaced 10. Ladder to be removed from top of Capitol Building The Section 00 41 73 Prime Contractor Response Form, which includes the attachments listed in the project manual table of contents, is posted within the VirtuBid . The Response Form must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded with the bid before it can be posted. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a subcontractor, the work for at least 3 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since December 2018 for repair of building masonry façade components, sealant installation, window replacement and concrete repairs. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $350,000 or greater. OR In lieu of Responding companys projects, Responder may provide on the form below up to 3 qualifying projects completed by the Project Manager while employed by others which have achieved Substantial Completion since December 2018 for repair of building masonry façade components, sealant installation, window replacement and concrete repairs, and $350,000 or greater. Project Manager and Job Superintendent responsible for this project EACH has had at least 10 years of experience with repair of building masonry façade components, sealant installation, window replacement and concrete repairs similar in scope and value to this project. Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $350,000 or greater. Est.
