1. Remove existing vertical wood siding, rear sliding doors (4), and gutters. 2. Remove and replace existing fascia boards. Wrap w/ White metal. 3. Remove and Replace existing rotten seal beam with pressure treated material. (aprx. 200 lf) 4. Remove/Repair or Replace existing rotten corner posts with pressure treated material. (2) 5. Install White Gable vents. (2) (3’X4’) 6. Install 36” steel entry door, wrap with white metal trim. (Front right corner) (Door color red to match siding) 7. Install 26-gauge vertical metal siding. (Red) 8. Install 26- gauge metal trim. (White) 9. Install 6” metal gutter and downspout. (White) 10. Install snowbirds to roof color to match existing roof 11. Install (2) sliding barn doors (front center) 16’ (W) x 12’ (H) (Red w/ White trim) 12. Galvanized square barn door track and hardware. 13. 5600 sq ft (Siding) 14. Contractor is responsible for maintaining project limits free of waste material, debris, and rubbish on a daily basis 15. Contractor must remove all waste materials, debris, and rubbish from site daily and legally dispose of such materials off-site. 16. Contractor must restore any damage to turf or county-owned property
