Construction Manager - DMV Delano Field Office

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Delano, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,360-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility. The estimated cost of construction for the project contract value is $12,308,000.00. The estimated duration of this contract will be 18 months.All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California.Provide professional Construction Management services as required for the DMV Delano Field Office in Delano, California.
