SCI Muncy – Construction of New Records/Intake Building BRIEF

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of 2 existing buildings (#42 and #21) and relocation of ground-mounted correction’s cable satellite dishes and small skid style cable equipment shed to allow for the construction of a new 12,000 sq ft building outside the facility’s secure perimeter to accommodate Laundry Distribution and Clothing Exchange, Records/Admissions Processing, and central Commissary receiving and distribution. Construction of new secure perimeter fence around new building at the completion of construction along with removal of existing perimeter fence between new building and existing secure area. The Goals for SDB participation: 16% The Goals for VBE participation: 3%
