2022 Pole Barn

As of August 10, 2022, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. the City of Sherrill will receive sealed bids. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear, on the face, the name and address of the bidder and shall be marked "2022 Pole Barn". All interested parties are strongly encouraged to meet with the Building and Grounds Superintendent to further discuss. The City of Sherrill reserves the right to reject all bids offered, and further reserves the right to delay awarding the contract for a period up to 60 days from the date the bids are opened. All bidders are required to submit a non-collusive bidding certification in compliance with Section 103-d of the General Municipal Law of the State of NY.
