TCAT Memphis Maintenance Repairs

1. Selective demolition and replacement of concrete sidewalks in Areas A, B & C as well as installation of new passenger loading zone at the main entrance of the administration building. 2. Where necessary contractor shall regrade areas around new concrete walks to provide positive drainage. The new grades shall tie into existing grades and ensure proper drainage to existing inlets and sewer systems. All newly graded areas shall be sodded & seeded once work in the area is complete. Repair and /or make improvements to the passenger loading zone at the main entrance and replace the sidewalk from the old bus stop leading to the accessible parking area on the South side of the Administration Building of Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Memphis, TN.
