| Description | The work will include but is not limited to mowing, weed whip trimming, edging, tree and debris removal, herbicide application, and other related work. This includes all berms and rights of ways associated with the property unless otherwise noted. The frequency of mowing is determined by the growing season. Areas identified as "Trail to Maintain" will be mowed at the Owner's discretion. Mowing of the detention ponds includes the entire edge of the pond and slopes, which will vary depending on soil conditions and the depth of water in the pond. |
