Description

Involves the replacement of the existing domestic hot water exchanger (integral to the existing boiler) with a stand-alone heat exchanger and domestic hot water feed pump replacement. Scope also includes the replacing of the heating hot water boiler with high efficiency boilers with boiler pumps and replacement of the heat pump loop heat exchanger and heating hot water feed pumps. Restore existing electrical power and lighting system and equipment to operational condition. Additionally, the scope includes the replacement of a combustion air intake fan and the installation of new boiler flue vent dampers.
