| Description | The HAS intends to use this Solicitation to create a pool of contractors and enter into a Time and Materials (T&M) contract with each Contractor to provide supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to provide on-call electrical, plumbing, sewer/drain and HVAC maintenance and repair services at various HAS facilities on an "as needed" basis.
