Page 1 of 2 CONTINUATION OF PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Project No. 620-23-101; LVT Flooring Installation at the Hudson Valley Healthcare System Montrose Campus, Montrose, NY 10548. The contractor will furnish all materials, equipment, supervision, and personnel necessary to accomplish the installation of LVT Flooring in Building 12 at the Montrose Campus of the Hudson Valley Health Care System. The contractor shall adhere to all accompanying drawings, specifications, phasing and any local and federal codes, regulations, and procedures that apply. The contract completion time is Forty-Five (45) calendar days This procurement is a 100% set-aside for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Prospective contractors must be registered and certified in the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) VetBiz Registry database prior to submitting a bid: http://www.vetbiz.va.gov Prospective contractors must be registered and have a current UEI in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ Bids will only be accepted from SDVOSBs that are determined to be responsible and responsive contractors. Prospective contractors must be approved under NAICS Code 236220, size standard of $39.5 Million. The cost range for this project is less than $25,000. A bid bond will could be required, and performance and payment bonds could be required upon award of contract. The solicitation will be released on or around December 30, 2022.
