Description | The Work of this Contract includes the conversion the existing Building Automation Control System (BACS) used at various MEARNG facilities throughout the State from a Niagara AX platform to Niagara 4.6. Included will be the replacement of outdated JACE 300, 600, and 700 controllers to JACE 8000 series controllers with the required power supply. This repair work will take place in 20 buildings at 15 locations throughout the State. Approximately 700 devices will be controlled using the Niagara version 4.6 system. The Interoperable BACnet controllers shall be fully programmable via the embedded Niagara WorkBench tool requiring only a web browser to complete the programming process. Controllers that are not programmable or configurable directly within Niagara 4.6 are unacceptable. Contractor shall furnish and install all items in accordance with Plans and Specifications developed by the Directorate of Facilities Engineering. The work to be performed under this contract shall be completed on or before the Final Completion date of 30 April 2019. | ||||
