Concrete To Be Have Medium Broom Finish And 2 Coats Of Concrete Sealer Applied. Saw Cut Expansion Joints 10’ On Center Metals 20’ Wide x 60’ Long x 12’ Low Side Eave Height Steel Building w/ 1:12 Roof Slope To Cover 3 Sides With Front Bays Built To Be Access Points For Equipment. Standard Design, Clear Span Structure With Bearing Frame End Walls As Specified By Engineered Plans. 26-Gauge Standard Color Pbr Roof Panels With 20 Yr. Limited Warranty (Color To Be Selected By Owner) 26-Gauge Standard Color Pbr Wall Panels With 20 Yr. Limited Warranty (Color To Be Selected By Owner) Gutter, Downspouts, Rake, And Door Trim Included As a Part Of The Project Add Beam In Each Bay With 1000lb Point Load And Up Size Columns, Rafters And Pier Sizing To Accommodate Load License/ Insurance Proof Of Contractor’s License In The State Of Tennessee And Workman’s Comp Insurance Warranty 1 Year Warranty Full Workmanship And Materials Note: Compaction Test Are Required And Compaction Testing Will Be At The Contractor’s Expense.
