Description

Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: Repairing the existing masonry walls, as necessary to return exterior walls to weather proof condition. Work includes replacement of fractured and/or spalled masonry unties and cutting out broken, loose, or degraded mortar joints and tuckpointing cleaned out joints with new mortar. The deposit for Contract Documents and drawings is non-refundable. Document set will be mailed using standard priority mail thru the United Stated Post Office. Optional FedEx or UPS delivery will also be available for an additional charge of $30.00. A Bid Bond is required for this project. Each bidder, including subcontractors and lower-tier subcontractors, must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, sex or national origin. Bids may be held by the City for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualification of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The City of Toluca is an equal opportunity employer.
