Furnish labor and materials in painting ~4,727 square feet of acoustical ceiling (SonaSpray “fc” White acoustical material) of the Rotunda Ballroom (image below) at Easton’s Beach, 175 Memorial Blvd., Newport, RI 02840, including: 2. Protect all surfaces in work area as needed (i.e. walls, flood lights, fire detection units, etc.) 3. Seal all stained areas as needed. 4. Apply 2 coats of Procoat Product, Procoustic, Acoutical Tile and Ceiling Coating (color: White) 5. Remove all protection and clean work area as needed. |
