supply and installation of a fabric shade structure at Barrington Beach, 99 Bay Road, Barrington, Rhode Island 02806 The prevailing rate of wages for employees employed by contractors or subcontractors of building construction projects in the State of Rhode Island shall be paid wages at rates not less than those prevailing on the same type of work on similar construction in the immediate locality as indicated in RI General Law 37-13-8. The Town of Barrington reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any minor deviations or informalities in the bids received, and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town.
