| Description | Solicitation - 22.1435 Maintenance Building Roofing Project at Manchester Community College 1066 Front Street, Manchester, NH 03102 Description: This project consists of installation of a new roof on the Maintenance Building at Manchester Community College. (Approx. 5,080 square feet of roof space). Details can be found at the Community College System of New Hampshire website Project includes: Removal of all existing asphalt roofing and cupola, including all underlayments, flashings, drip edges, ridge vents, etc., to expose existing roof sheathing for inspection; replace any damaged, wet, rotted or delaminating plywood roof deck sheathing and install new fiberglass asphalt roof shingles, underlayments, flashings, drip edges, ridge vents, etc. to provide a complete, watertight, weatherproof roofing surface. The Project will include but not be limited to the Disciplines of: Roofing, sheathing and Flashing.
