High Country Phase 2 Paving Improvements

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and the Office of the Governor order issued March 16, 2020, and subsequent, the bid opening meeting will be conducted by teleconference call. Other than dropping off a bid, there will be no public access to the location described above. The public dial-in number to participate in the bid opening via teleconference call is 1-877-309- 2073 and Access Code 655-101- 709. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be purchased at the website for the cost of printing. The cost for printed Bidding Documents is nonrefundable. This conference can be accessed using the same information as above. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is required and roll call will be taken promptly at the beginning of the conference. Once roll call is taken, late attendees will not be eligible to bid. Bids submitted by parties not attending the mandatory pre-bid conference will not be accepted or opened, but will be delivered to the owner for their consideration. Instructions to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and ontract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in bidding in case of lack of clarity in stating prices or bid submittals. The Owner is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any bid. The Owner reserves the right to consider the most advantageous bidder for construction thereof or reject the bid.
