Construction, Bruce B. Downs Boulevard Intersections and Sidewalk Improvements

Contractors for work to be performed at the intersection(s) of Bruce B Downs Boulevard (BBD) from USF Pine Drive to Holly Drive and E. 131st Ave., and BBD at Campus Hill Drive and at BBD at Richard Silver Way. All work shown in the project plans provided shall be constructed as one continuous project, with coordinated Maintenance of Traffic (MOT), and not as separate projects. The signal and intersection improvements at BBD and Richard Silver Way/VA Hospital shall be prioritized, and constructed first, with the remaining work in the corridor either occurring simultaneously or subsequently. 2). The work performed under this contract may include, but may not be limited to: Intersection Improvements; Sidewalk and curb Improvements; Clearing and Grubbing; Earthwork; Sodding; Milling & Resurfacing; Signalization; Pavement Markings and Signing. Utility coordination incidental to the construction; Incidental coordination with municipalities in Hillsborough County including inter-local agreements; Restoration and cleanup of the construction sites.
