Bid check must be a certified or cashiers' check, in the amount often percent (10%) of the amount bid, made payable to the City of Fremont. Bid bond must be in the sum of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the amount ofthe bid and must be that ofan approved surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Ohio and with local agent. Bond must meet the satisfaction ofthe City of Fremont Law Director. If the bid is rejected, the bid bond will be returned with notice. On bids accepted, the bond will be returned upon completion ofa contract. A performance bond will be required to complete the contract.
