Proposals shall include all labor, material, and services necessary to complete the project in strict accordance with the drawings, instructions, and specifications as prepared and on file in the office of Basic Elements Design, 4529 E 500 S, Indiana 46770, and the Administrative Offices of Huntington County Community Schools 1063 E 900 S, Warren, IN 46792. All bids shall be properly and completely executed on State Board of Accounts Form 96 with non-collusion affidavit as required by the Statutes of Indiana. Bidders will be required to file with their bids a Bid Bond or a Certified Check, in an amount of not less than of their maximum bid or bids submitted. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 11:00 a.m. EST Thursday, August 11, 2022, at the Administrative Offices of Huntington County Community Schools 1063 E 900 S, Warren, IN 46792. Any bids received after that time will be returned unopened to the bidder. No bids shall be withdrawn without the consent of the Owner for a period of 60 calendar days after the date and time set for receipt of bids. Huntington County Community Schools reserves the right to assignment of any or all work to a school holding corporation formed under Indiana law. At this time the Owner s Representative and school administration will be available for questions. The Board of ' School Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and is not obligated to accept the lowest or any other bid, and may waive informalities in bids.
