| Description | Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, supplies (including safety), supervision, and perform all work necessary to pave the road connecting the Rifle Range. Construction will be performed at the Francis Marion Ranger District in accordance with plans, and specifications. Work shall include but not be limited to the following: A. Mowing B. 500 Tons of Aggregate grade FLBC C. Recondition Base Aggregate and Compaction Place Prime Coat on Roadbed. Place Surface Asphalt - the Asphalt surface must be 18 feet wide with a thickness of 2 inches and a 2% crown. (Use SC Type #1 aggregate surface, see Surface composition Mix Table) |
