Description | One or more qualified and experienced housing developers ("Developers") interested in developing mixed-income housing on Town-owned property located at 2200 Homestead Road ("Site"). This project is the Town's flagship mixed-income residential development project that offers Developers an attractive opportunity to develop housing on an ideal location in Chapel Hill. The Town has designed the development process with the anticipation that our development partner(s) can join the project with entitlements in place, and with the potential for Town financial support following the approval last November of the $10 million Affordable Housing Bond. |
