Description

Project: OK-SEQUOYAH NWR-ENTRANCE SIGNAGE Location: Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge 1. 100% Small Business Set-aside, NAICS Code 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction | NAICS Association, Size Standard $39.5M. This solicitation is a request for proposal under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and awarded as a firm-fixed price construction contract. All reference to discussions shall not be interpreted under FAR Part 15, but rather indicates that the Government may communicate with offers as allowed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. 2. IAW FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated under $25,000. 3. Contractors shall follow instruction in section L of the solicitation. A responsive proposal shall consist of at minimum a Price Proposal, Technical Approach and Relevant Past Performance. 4. Any request for information or request for a site visit must be received no later than 29 July 2022 via e-mail at miguel_martinez@fws.gov by 12:00 PM MST. 5. All material shall be approved and conform with specifications. US Fish and Wildlife Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge will remove and dispose existing sign and provide the new 4-foot by 8-foot standard entrance sign constructed of high density urethane (HDU). Firm Fixed Price Contract The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within [10] ten calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than ninety [90] days. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises.
