XPO Logistics LGT Garland Dock Expansion

This project consists of the expansion of an existing open air truck dock terminal. The current 80 door terminal will be expanded to 138 total doors. The existing trailer parking will continue along the south, east and north side of the expansion and the employee parking lot will be extended. A general will be added to the north side of the existing office building. As of June 15, 2022, this project is in the process of getting approvals. An architect has been selected. Information regarding how and when a general contractor will be selected has not been confirmed.
