Description

Furnishing: 550 tons, more or less, MC-3000 Cut Back Asphalt. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications. The Aberdeen City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities and accept the bid it deems most favorable and in the best interest of the City of Aberdeen after all bids have been examined.
