Construction of Fire Station No. 2 Landscaping Project

The work to be completed consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans , Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be performed hereunder consist of : Securing the work site, providing erosion/NPDES & dust control compliance, traffic/pedestrian safety measures and maintaining operational access to and from the Fire Station and Public Works Yard, killing of all vegetation, removal and disposal of 3-inches of native soil material, grading the site to drain, and the installation of crushed decorative rock, weed barrier, grouted rock boarder and concrete header, rock cobble garden, large and medium sized decorative boulders, automatic drip irrigation system and miscellaneous electrical lighting work, decomposed granite (no binder) in planting areas and drought tolerant plants as required by the plans, Standard Specifications, and the Special Provisions. The Engineer's estimate for the proposed project is $18,795. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to delete portions of the work, or to waive any defect or informality in any bid received.
