| Description | Select a new Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system to replace our current cloud-based solution. IPTC is looking to replace the current system with a cloud-hosted Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) based VoIP solution. The solution shall integrate with Office 365, include detailed reporting and call management functionality, and tiered administrative capabilities. The solution will need to fully operate with our existing desk/conference phones (Polycom VVX310 and Konftel 300Wx). The vendor-provided solution shall plan and conduct the implementation of the project with minimal impact to IPTC's daily operations and Staff. IPTC's Project Management Office (PMO) will work closely with the vendor to create a working project plan that will achieve these goals. |
