| Description | Project consists of repairing existing west exterior wall at the Receiving Room and the adjacent Library. The repair will require the removal of the existing cmu, brick, steel stud and EIFS exterior wall system along with existing windows, concrete sills, adjacent areas of ceilings and the existing unit heater and bookcase along the entire length of the exterior wall of the Library. Also included are any electrical and mechanical components that are built in or attached to the exterior wall. New work includes the replacement of all the previously listed items as well as installing exterior protective pipe bollards as indicated on the plans. |
