| Description | Design, construction and erection: 1.20 ft x 30 ft open air timber Post and Beam structure. 2.9 ft in height to the eave 3.8x8" perimeter posts (alternate sizes will be considered) 4.24" gable and eave overhangs 5.Electrical and lighting will be provided by others, but structure shall include mortises for two electrical outlets in the posts and 1" conduit in a column to accommodate lighting in the ceiling. 6.The site work including the concrete slab will be completed by others, but the structure building contractor shall coordinate with the Public Works Supervisor on the design of the foundation and concrete slab. |
