ADA Sidewalk Extension from Mill Lake Park to Oak Avenue

The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision and incidentals necessary to furnish and construct an ADA sidewalk extension from Mill Lake Park to Oak Avenue in Orange City in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bid documents and specifications. The project shall include, but is not limited to the construction of approximately 750 square yards (SY) of 4” thick sidewalk and 50 SY of 6” thick sidewalk (over driveways). The project will also include the removal and disposal of approximately 400 LF of chain link/barbwire fencing, construction of ADA ramps, drainage swales along Cherokee Avenue in the South right of way (ROW), and sidewalk and ramp grading throughout the project. The sidewalk will be 8’ wide except for the section being constructed along Cherokee Avenue, which will be reduced to 6’ wide.
