Cesar Chavez Public Charter School Request for Proposals Audio/Visual System Design, Procurement, Installation, and Training Cesar Chavez PCS solicits proposals for the following: o An audio/visual system for the school cafeteria to include two mounted projectors, two electric projection screens, a high-quality sound system with wireless microphones, external sound sources, a mixer, and an amplifier. The scope of services will include the installation and set-up of a new PA systemto facilitatedaily bells and announcements to ensure a smooth school day. We hope your organizationisinterested and available to provide this type of technical assistance: Equipment and Software The school needs an Audio/Visual System for the Cafeteria (40' x 80'). The proposed Video System should include the following specs: Two mounted electric projection screens (motor controlled up/down) Two projectors mounted in the ceiling with a protective enclosure Operator should be able to use multiple inputs (HDMI/VGA/3.5" audio)The proposed Video System should include the following specs: Two Wireless Microphones High quality audio presentations Speakers to support the whole space Ability to plug into an External sound source Inputs for devices such as iPads, iPods, laptops, smart phones Mixer Amplifier
