| Description | Specifications: 1. Double 12" LED's "yellow" school system, 80 watt solar, programmable time module, aluminum lockable battery box, all switches, regulators and wiring, 95% assembled. Sectional " crash tested " steel pole system with solar panel mounting bracket attached. 2. Zone lights are to be mounted on highway with an aluminum break-away base with 12> 4" spun aluminum pole. Anchor bolts to be included. 3. Lights to include speed limit signs to be determined on order of lights. 4. Signs are to be 24" X 48"; color can be either yellow or fluorescent yellow/green 5. Time clock to be Eltec NTC17E. 6. Control cabinet to be mounted 54 inches to the top of cabinet from bottom of mounting base. 7. Flashing lamp heads to be on top and bottom of sign. 8. Lights to flash two times a day for approximately two hours. | ||
