| Description | Notice is hereby given that the City of Bellingham is requesting bids for Sand Material for Snow and Ice Control. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Purchasing office, located at 2221 Pacific Street, Bellingham, WA 98229, no later than 11:00AM on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. Individuals with questions about the bid process may contact the Purchasing office at 360-778-7750. Questions about the specification shall be in writing only to bids@cob.org. Interested vendors may view the solicitation documents on the City of Bellingham website at https://cob.procureware.com or in person at the Purchasing Office, 2221 Pacific Street, Bellingham, Washington, Monday thru Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM. The City reserves the right to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or parts of bids as may be in the best interest of the City. |
