| Description | PhilaPort desires to have on-call contractors available to, on a short-notice basis (48 hours), perform "pothole" repairs. Included in this on-call contract will be non-emergency, conventionally scheduled pavement repairs of various quantities including rehabilitation of damaged asphalt pavement, asphalt base repairs, milling, saw cutting, repaving with Warm Mix Asphalt (WMA), thermoplastic pavement markings, and speed humps at various locations throughout PhilaPort property. |
