Deering High School Gym and Locker Rooms HVAC Renovation

The existing gymnasium and locker room HVAC systems are no longer functional and require replacement and upgrades. The project will correct issues with snow entrainment, improve energy controls, improve indoor air conditions and thermal comfort. Provide complete equipment, materials, labor, installation and startup for HVAC renovations shown on drawings and in specifications. Demo existing gymnasium rooftop HVAC equipment, air handlers within the gymnasium, locker rooms and wrestling room. Provide new equipment including energy recovery ventilators, hoods, air handlers, duct coils and controls. Provide curb adapters to transition rooftop equipment to existing curbs. Minor modifications to the ducting system is required. Addition of a heat pump system for the main office.
